Staff very helpful and friendly. Have been to Patong on three different occasions and have stayed at Ashley Plaza each time. This is near to all attractions in patong and good quality for money. Thank you to all the staff from Kobus and Michelle Launspach room 1208.

The location near to the beach, the staff are super friendly, I loved it. Its 5 minutes to the beach, 1 minute walk to local food market (Malin Market and Dragon Market). 10-12 minutes to walk to Junceylon or Bangla Road. Would stay again for sure.

Liked the tour operator Mr.Jee who was a real professional. He organised our trip in the best possible way at good rates. His coordination was excellent and a real good tour operator who made our visit valuable and memorable. He is an asset to ASHLEE PLAZA PATONG HOTEL AND SPA

Perfect Location !! Next to the Market and Patong Beach but Area is not noisy. Really nice staff. Bed are really comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Thank you ASHLEE Plaza ;)

I had a mobility problem prior to arrival but the staff took it all in their stride. No problem was too small or large. On our last day, our travel to the Airport was not until 4pm, without any fuss, our checkout was approved until 4. The young lady handling our chyeck out was rostered to finish at 4 but she stayed on until our transport was sorted and we were on our way (5.40). Now trhat was customer service taken to another level

This is the second time I stay in this hotel is really nice. Great location plenty of shops and restaurants around and just a couple of minute to market and easy to access to all Patong attraction. Staff is friendly. Room is big and confortable bed. Cleaned daily. Roof top swimming pool is great.
